BASTIONE DI CAMPO MARZO
Il grande baluardo costruito dopo la morte di Sanmicheli dall'allievo Malacreda fra il 1565 ed il '90 e appoggiato alle mura di Cangrande; è il primo manufatto del genere con orecchione e ha due complessi di cannoniere. All'interno gli attendamenti ditruppevenete di fanteria e cavalleria agli inizi del XVII secolo.

The big bastion built after the death of Sanmicheli by the pupil Malacreda between 1565 and 1590 and laid to the walls of Cangrande; it is the first artifact with two complexes of gunner. Inside the encampment of infantry Ventian troops and cavalry at the beginning of the XVII century.
BASTIONE DI SPAGNA
Costruito fra il 1548 e il '50 è l'ultima opera militare del Maestro; è una solida ed imponente costruzione a pianta pentagonale "a freccia", e inserita nello spigolo nord delle mura scaligere a destra Adige. La muraglia è a scarpa con il paramento in cotto, rinforzi in pietra sugli spigoli arrotondati ed un robusto toro al primo terzo superiore. Armata con quattro pezzi introniera nelle piazze basse, ne aveva altrettanti in barbetta, nella parte alta.
BASTION OF SPAIN
Built between 1548 and 1550 it's the last military work of the Maestro it is a solid and majestic building with a pentagonal map “in arrow”, and put in the North corner of the Scaligeri's walls on the left of the river Adige. The wall have a cocked vestment, renforced with the stone on the rounded corners and a strong torus.
